新的环境,需要自己真心的投入,尽快的适应工作环境、熟悉工作流程,并于同事们积极沟通,之后就可以很好的融入并开展工作了!

很多求职人员在进入一家新公司后,表现出诸多的不适应,有点水土不服,很难快速融入新公司并在短时间内展现出自己的能力,赢得欣赏。其实,这是一个很普遍的现象。无论是初入职场的毛头小伙,还是久经沙场的职场老手,都会有这样的矛盾和纠结。前者虽有初生牛犊不怕虎的精神,但面对全新的人生体验、社会考验,往往会迷惘并产生急躁和不知所措的情绪,这是因为环境的改变而产生的焦虑和不安,说的直白一点,就是典型的挫败感后的不自信。改变现状的唯一途径就是改变自己、适应环境、建立自信!后者虽有多年职场经历,经验丰富,人际关系老道,但面对新公司全新文化、体制和团队,经验的价值已失去,剩下的就是支离破碎的否定再否定,坚持放弃,放弃坚持。固守观念,选择性适应,到头来弄得自己头破血流,这是典型的自信满满后的失落和无奈。改变的唯一途径就是心态清零、轻装上阵、学以致用!
  那么,一个新员工到底如何能快速融入团队呢?
  首先就是文化认同。初入新公司,最难适应的就是每个企业独特的企业文化。但要想在新公司立足,你必须理解、认可、传播企业文化。只有你认可了这家公司的文化理念,快乐工作、自我价值实现才会变成可能。当初你决定留在这家公司,除了公司提供的薪水可以满足自己的要求外,我想最重要的还是看公司的整体氛围好不好,项目有没有可持续发展的前景,公司的核心领导有没有较强的人格魅力,公司提供的岗位和你自身的优势资源能不能有效对接!我想用用四个跟来概括:跟自己的感觉走,跟品牌的理想走,跟公司的文化走,跟老板的魅力走。适应和从内心接受了公司的企业文化,你就为自己开始的工作打下了一个良好的心态基础,为自己的坚持和不放弃找到了理由,这样你才可能做到先升值,再升职;先有为,后有位!
  其次就是勤奋好学。初入新公司,太多的东西需要了解和学习。制度流程、岗位职责、企业文化、产品知识、销售政策、网络渠道、网络营销、工作方法、礼仪知识.......,太多的东西需要我们在最短的时间内就要熟知和了解。我想学习的途径和方法除了公司正常的培训外,更多的应该是我们用心去自学领悟和掌握。当然向老员工和前辈不耻下问和请教也是一个捷径。互联网是学习的最好老师,掌握和熟练运用互联网是我们必须具备的一项技能,这不仅仅对于现在的工作有用,对你未来的人生也至关重要!
  再次就是善于沟通。初入公司,从一个曾经熟悉的环境走入一个完全陌生的环境,事不熟悉,人不熟悉,环境不熟悉,已经习惯的一切都不再熟悉,失落和焦躁情绪是任何人都无法抵挡的。我想,运用沟通能力,尽快建立人际关系网,熟悉工作岗位,让自己能投入到工作状态中来,是最好克服这些情绪障碍的方法。沟通无疑是我们进入新公司必须要习惯性做的事。如果我们一味将自己封闭起来,沉默于自己的一亩三分地,拒绝和同事沟通交流,我想结果可想而知,你会被拒之于这个团队之外,沦为孤家寡人。
  最后就是主动积极。初入公司,一个主动积极的工作态度很重要,先不要问自己会做什么,而是要问问自己现在能做什么!我们工作在一个开放性的环境当作,创造性的工作是我们一贯倡导的工作方法,主动无疑是推进剂,凡事如果都要领导来安排,我想,我们已经失去了工作的意义。我们强调员工发展的专业性,特长打天下,所谓的一招鲜,但我们也提倡一职多能,更多的为公司、为团队承担。有能力,没态度等于零,主动积极将会让你在工作中有更多的加分!
  总之,新员工融入新团队,思想斗争不可避免,很多人会因种种借口成为逃兵,选择离开。我想剩者为王,只有那些坚持留下来的人,才会在不远的将来和所有新闻人共享幸福的果实,到那时,你也会为你今天的正确选择而自豪!
