  今年广交会第一期结束了,对于首期的参展人员来说,已经告一段落了,人是从展会回来了,但是心还在跟着客户的路上,那如何让客户知道你还在跟着他呢?那就要继续跟进客户了。
  我们都知道,展会是建立新的客户关系最佳时期,很多业务员在展会上忙忙碌碌,到处搜集客户名片,但由于展会的局限性和时间较短,虽然收获了许多客户资料和名片,但大量的工作却需要在展会后进行,展后跟进就是将展会客户发展成为实际客户的关键环节,因此, 展会后的顺利跟进与否直接影响到你展会的效果,那如何更好地跟进呢?是业务员要花心思去做的工作。我们现在来看看在展会结束后如何整理客户资料并给客户发第一封开发信?
  分类跟进
  业务员在参展期间,要尽量多地搜集客户信息并留心记录,这个客户最需要什么、最关心什么、他在找什么样的产品和供应商?他愿意有怎样的业务伙伴等,对客户有个初步的印象。
  展会结束后, 根据搜集到的信息,按客户吸引力大小、自己能否提供完整信息等条件进行分类,确定优先联系顺序。并对客户进行初步分类,有针对性地发不同内容的邮件:
  现场签合同的采购商。如果客户直接在展会摊位上就和你签订了合同,那么你在展会进行中就应该注意与客户保持联系,及时将合同发给客户确认并提醒客户汇款。
  有意向的采购商。有的客户会与企业进 行详细的交流了解,明确表明他对哪些产品感兴趣,并询问具体产品的特性、价格条款等等。这些客户也需要第一时间优先处理,将客户在展会现场询问的所有资 料,以及所涉及的问题仔细回复给客户,同时也应该及时和工厂落实打样问题,告知采购商样品进展情况,何时能寄出。
  交换名片,索取资料,表明简单兴趣的采购商。在展会上虽然没有下单或者与贵司详谈,但是也要留下了自己的联系方式,对产品表现出简单的兴趣。对于这类客户,你需要在展会结束后进一步跟进。展会结束后,可以按照客户的要求尽可能将详细的产品资料发给客户,并表明希望有机会合作的想法。
  不要试图让展后开发信承担太多的功能
  一般来说,展会上获得的潜在客户质量最高,因为客户对你的产品已经有所了解,购买意愿也比较强,应当重点开发。而与普通的开发信不同,展会后的开发信是 在掌握了客户一定资料与意向后,更具有针对性,因此不用那么繁琐,但因为更有针对性,所以也有着更高的要求,更注重技巧。
  开发信在坚持以上原则之外,在内容上切忌拖泥带水,不要试图让开发信承担太多的功能,不要期待一下子就能完成所有的任务。
  展后的开发信一定要坚持以下几个原则:
  简洁。内容一定要简洁,尽量控制在三段以内;
  简单。用你能用的简单的单词,让每个即使是非英语国家的客人都不会产生歧义;
  准确。内容要到位,不说任何无用的话,说话切中要点,切勿漫无边际;
  直奔主题。先简单介绍下自己和公司,要简单明了;写上和客户见面的时间以及感兴趣的产品。特别要标注出客户在展会上选的东西,而且主动提供详细资料和报价,包含详细参数尺寸包装材料;做一个精美的产品目录,产品多的话可以分类做产品目录。整理图片,把每类产品的bestseller另外归档。做好后转换成PDF格式,压缩体积;
  把客人的名片和你的名片放在一起拍照附在邮件上加深客人的印象。
  展会结束后最常见的难题就是给客户发邮件后没了下文,对于这种情况,最好的沟通方法就是电话了,你应该按照客户分类将客户资料整理成文档,并及时备注每个客户的追踪情况,通过电话的形式了解采购商情况,制定相应解决措施。当然对某些情况不紧急的客户,请耐心等待一下,隔几天再发邮件跟进。

但是,不同的客人,我会变换着写邮件,让客人知道我们公司,产品的存在.我不会把客人缠得太紧,约十来天给他一封邮件我通常这样回复的:

May I ask whether you have received my quotation? Now I am sending it again, if
you have any other ideas. Please feel free to contact me. We will do much better if you can give any advices to us.
I am waiting for your reply ASAP.
