Job Title: Associate
Working Location: Beijing
The Associate&s role is the first approach to candidates and to get the first hand market intelligence for each order.& Reporting to Account Director, the incumbent will be expected to map out the targeted talent market in a smart and professional manner, and proactively provide feedback to Consultant or AD.
Position Description
Make the first call to candidate for case briefing
Conduct comprehensive mapping according to the targeted direction agreed with Client and C
Day to day update mapping progress & candidate feedback to C
Collect candidate CVs, update candidate records and comments into GOLDATA and ma
Maintain delivery of service in an agreed level, maintain candidate
Attend client case brief meeting with consultant to understand the search direction and
Proactively contributing to company infrastructure and team development.
Requirements
- At least a bachelor degree holder with entrepreneur spirit, Return
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills,
- Ability to work independently, and able to work under pressure to me
- Self-motivated, proactive, target driven, a and
- Fluent in verbal and written English, good computer skills including Word, Excel and any database software.

- Minimum 1 years in International or local executive search firm in China with outstanding achievements, or 2 years above experience in in-house as HR / sales / marketing / customer service role with strong willing to join execu
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills,
- Ability to work independently, and able to work under pressure to me
- Self-motivated, proactive, target driven, a and
- Fluent in verbal and written English, good computer skills including Word, Excel and any database software.
