我们在选择外汇交易平台时经常会听到类似“这家平台是受澳大利亚ASIC监管的，那家是受英国FCA监管的”这样的话，但对于这些所谓的监管机构大家又真正了解多少呢？ 我们都知道Vantage FX万致是受澳洲ASIC监管的，不妨今天就先来详细聊一聊ASIC。其他例如英国FCA、美国CFTC、NFA我们将会在之后文章中给大家进行一一讲解。
ASIC，全称为澳大利亚证券和投资委员会(Australian Securities and Investment Commission)，于2001年根据澳大利亚《证券和投资委员会法》成立。 ASIC的监管对象包括养老金、保险、存款和贷款行业从业机构，澳大利亚本土各银行金融机构和在澳开展业务的国际银行分支机构，证券、期货、外汇、金融衍生品等金融交易机构，所有涉及金融产品信息咨询和服务的从业机构，以及所有金融行业从业者。 投资者可以在ASIC官网详细查询交易商的牌照信息和经营权限，持有AFSL牌照的公司都能在ASIC官网查询到。若在官网查找不到相关信息，则该公司并未被授予AFSL（澳大利亚金融服务）牌照，不属于被ASIC批准并受其监管从事金融服务业务的公司。 这里面我们需要注意一下在注册整个ASIC的时候就会提供给注册公司一个注册的ACN号，这个号只能表明公司已经注册，但是并不一定递交完全部的受到外汇保证金监管等方面的信息，因此市场有部分使用这个ACN号来宣称其受到ASIC监管的情况存在。 除了上述所说的ACN号之外，还需要注意在注册公司的时候会提供一个ABN账号，这个账号只适用于澳洲公司的缴税等方面，因此拥有了这两个账号的情况下不能够完全认定其受到ASIC的严格监管，也不能够认为其公司获得了外汇保证金等相关的监管。 下面，我们就来详细解读ASIC的监管流程以及信息查询步骤。 ASIC官网 ：http://www.asic.gov.au/
Step 1: 登陆ASIC官网，点击红色区域的ASIC Connect
Step 2: 选择“Search ASIC’s registers”，再点击红色区域
Step 3: 选择红色区域的“ProfessionalRegisters”，进入查询页面
Step 4: 输入所要查询公司的名称、牌照号或注册编码，并在红色区域的下拉菜单选择AFSL；点击Search查看结果
Step 5: 查询系统会给出被查询公司的注册信息，以Vantage FX万致为例，查询结果显示了公司名称（Name），牌照号（LicenceNumber），状态（Status，current--当前有效），ABN号码（，用于报税的澳大利亚业务注册号码），起始时间（Commenced，日）
Step 6: 下拉页面点击“1”旁边的加号，可以查看完整的证书信息
