EA工程师评估日起，EA评估将online进行，不再接收纸质评估。日起，已经递交EA的和准备申请EA的，可以选择加急服务（费用请见下表），5个工作日内会分配assessor，分配assessor后，快的有一两天就出结果的。当然，基于完整材料的提前下。一、EA评估说明---新新源移民（1）从2014年7月日起，执行新的收费标准：2015年的费用标准请查阅官网。（2）评估路径有两个:a是Accredited qualifications pathway（学历路径）：For the accredited Australian EngineeringQualifications, please refer to the lists of Australianaccredited qualifications available on our website.Foroverseas qualifications, you will need to determine if the country of origin of your qualificationis a full signatory of the Washington, Sydney or Dublin accord, and refer tothe list of accredited courses provided by the relevant signatory body. Thefull list of signatory organisations is available on the website of the .&b是non-Accredited qualifications holder（非学历路径），需要提交能力报CDR（competencydemonstration report）。&二、跟澳大利亚移民局（DIBP）相关的服务---新新源移民（1）标准评估服务（standard assessment service）评估结果将包含和澳洲资格水平匹配的客户海外资格的意见。Note that the standard CDR fee will increase to $620 less GST ($682incl. GST)（2）额外评估服务（Additional Assessment Services）如申请人持有海外PHD工程学位，然后需要将进行海外PHD工程学位和澳洲PHD学位进行匹配评估（(Extra fee applicable - $200 + GST)）；如申请人具有至少1年澳洲提名职业（或高度相关职业）工作经验，and/or 至少3年海外提名职业（或高度相关职业）工作经验，则需要进行skilled employment 评估。 (Extra fee applicable - $250 + GST)（3）已经持有EA outcome但是还没有用于visa申请的申请者，可以将outcome letter寄回，获得updated assessment outcome。三、EA职业评估工作经验---新新源移民工作经验的评估做如下说明：（1）按照职业和工程分类，工作经验必须和评估结果相关；（2）工作经验需要再完成资格认证之后才能认证；（3）工作经验应该按照工程技能人员的薪资水平或市场水平支付，客户的小费、生活津贴、奖学金不在薪水的范围；（4）全职工作是指连续每周工作20hours 或以上，必须是规律的且不包含长期不支付薪水的假期；（5）一般在读PHD的学生的研究活动或者助研的经历，不能评估为相关工作经验；（6）MSA booklet 25页的工作证明对work experiece的claimed是至关重要的（其实就是雇主推荐信或者自雇证明类文件）。四、EA职业评估评估周期---新新源移民（1）Qualification类别：Accredited Australian and Accordqualifications – currently about 8 weeks.（2）CDR类别Non-accredited qualifications – turnaroundis currentlyabout 13 weeks from the date of receipt. Engineer：16年教育年限，包括4年工程专业本科学位
工程技术专家Engineering
Technologist：15年教育年限，包括3年工程技术本科学位

个月内可以上诉。工程师评估有效期：终身有效，但对于移民来说有效期只有5
年，超过5年的话需要把原件寄回EA签发新的评估函。
6.澳洲工程师评估雅思要求（英语能力）
雅思要求单项不低于6
（G类或A类均可），成绩单由雅思考试中心（）直接寄给
Australia，有效期2年。
注：母语为英语，完成澳大利亚本科工程学位，在澳大利亚大学读完硕士或博士学位的申请者可以免考雅思。
7.澳洲工程师评估经验要求
澳洲工程师协会没有对工程师评估的工作经验做明确要求，但对于技术移民申请者来说，至少要有一年的相关工作经验，4年以上的工作经验比较容易申请。
1）如果对评估结果不满意，应该首先联系Case
Officer，CO可能会将你的案子转给负责人。If
you are not satisfied with the assessment outcome you should first
contact your case officer and discuss your concerns. The case
officer may refer your case to the Associate Director & Migration
Skills Assessment for consideration
