提交论文摘要指南
摘要的提交只能通过ILC
2013网站（http://www.ilc2013brussels.org/）递交。
所有摘要需的在日零时前提交，过了这个最后的截止时间，而通过电子邮件提交是不受理的。
提交论文摘要
1、首次提交你的文摘，需要通过网站系统创建一个你自己的用户帐户。这个帐户允许您保存并修改你的文摘。当你创建账户时，请使用“注册（Sign
up）”按钮，然后,系统将指导您完成该帐户的创建过程。
2、此后，在截止时间到来之前，你都可以通过这个账户，更新、编辑你提交的文摘。
3、每篇递交的文摘，必须要符合预先确定的分类。文摘要选择最接近的论文分类登记表来登记。
4、文摘要标准化，标准化的文摘格式，是3600字符、45行以内（包括标点符号和空格），这个数，不包括文摘标题和短语。
5、文摘中不能包括图表和图像。
6、文摘应该按照如下格式组织：
标题应该提供对完成了研究的合理描述,有时甚至预示的发现。标题应该有效、简洁和可以理解的。
简介应该是一个简短的部分用来说明相关的研究,包括一个短暂历史背景,所解决的问题。
这个方法部分应包含用于研究的足够信息，是读者能够理解实验设计、分析技术和统计数据。
这部分描述研究所获的结果，可以不予解释。
仅提供研究的结果所导致的直接结论。
论文发布的类型
所有文摘提交者应该准备为口头报告或以 e（电子）海报来发布。不能口头发布论文的作者，将可以以提交文摘时的格式呈现在网站上的方框里，提供在线浏览。
文摘审查委员会有保留分配不同的演讲格式给宣读论文作者的权力。
选择口头报告的作者，将被要求提供一个演示的PPT。细节将在文摘接受时通知作者。
选择 e 海报展示的作者，将被要求提前递交他们的 e 海报的内容给会议。
所有的论文报告者，应该注明一个第二报告者，当作者不能报告时。
接收摘要确认
提交文摘并被接受的作者将收到确认的电子邮件。
没有收到确认电子邮件时，表明文摘没有正确地提交。
摘要提交的截止时间是欧洲中部时间日0点。
文摘接受/拒绝的通知
文摘审查委员会将根据ILC相关性、陈述的客观性、与目标、方法与目标、结论相适应，结果客观，科学价值，原创性的工作和总体印象来审查。
审查结果将在2013年4月底前通过电子邮件通知作者。如果论文作者无法做报告，由其他论文作者代替报告。报告者必须发送一封信国际麻协办公室，通知改变论文报告者，但必须在日前ILC办公室收到这个通知。报告者必须计划注册并出席2013年的国际麻风大会。

Abstract Submission Guidelines
Abstracts can only be submitted electronically through the ILC 2013 website.
All abstracts must be submitted by 18 February 2013 at 00:00 CET.
Submission after this deadline or by email will not be possible.
Abstract Submission
For your first abstract submission through the system a user account needs to be
created. This account allows you to save and modify your abstract(s). To do so
please use the &Sign up& button and the system will guide you through the
account creation process.
This feature will enable the abstract submitter to return at a later time to
update/edit the submitted abstract. The submitted abstracts can be edited until
the abstract submission deadline.
Each abstract submission will be associated with a corresponding topic found in
the pre-defined list of categories. The submitter is required to select the most
appropriate topic for the abstract in the online submission form.
For standardization, the acceptable format of the abstract is limited to a
maximum of 3600 characters (including punctuation and spaces) and 45 lines. This
number does not include abstract title and affiliation.
Graphics, tables and images cannot be included in your abstract.
Abstracts should be organized as follows:
The title should provide a reasonable completed description of the study that
was conducted, and sometimes even foreshadow the findings. The title should be
informative, concise and understandable.
Introduction
The introduction should be a brief section designed to inform of the relevance
of the research and include a short history of relevant background that leads to
a statement of the problem that is being addressed.
The methods section should contain sufficient information to be able to
understand the experimental design, the analytical techniques and the statistics
used in the study.
The results section describes but does not interpret. The presentation data may
be either chronological to correspond with the methods or in the order of most
to least important.
Conclusion
The conclusions section should provide only conclusion of the study directly
supported by the results.
All abstract submitters should be prepared to present the abstract as an oral
communication or e-poster presentation. Abstract presenters that would like to
be excluded from presenting an oral communication can indicate their preference
in the appropriate box on the online abstract submission form.
The abstract review committee reserves the right to assign a different
presentation format from the one selected by the presenting author.
Authors of abstracts selected for oral communications will be required to give a
presentation using PowerPoint. Exact details of timing will be communicated upon
acceptance.
Authors of abstracts selected for e-poster presentation will be required to
submit their e-poster in advance of the congress.
All abstract presenters should indicate a second choice presenter in case of
unavailability.
Upon submission, abstract submitters will receive confirmation of submission by

Abstracts must be submitted by 18 February 2013 at 00:00 CET
The abstract review committee will review the abstracts according to the
relevance to ILC, objectivity of statements, suitability of methods to aim,
conclusions confirmed by objective results, scientific value, originality of
work and overall impression.
Notification on the outcome of the abstract submission will be sent by email to
the submitting author by the end of April 2013. If the presenting
author is unable to present the abstract, one of the co-authors can present in
his/her place. An email from the presenting author indicating the change is
requested and must be received by the ILC Office by 15 April 2013.
The presenting author or at least one of the abstract co-authors should plan to
register and attend the ILC 2013 Congress.

“第九届全国法律语言学研讨会暨中国法律语言学研究会年会”将于-27日在广东外语外贸大学举行。本次研讨会旨在进一步推动我国法律语言学领域的理论和应用研究，拓展国内外法律语言学界的深度交流与合作，促进法律语言学界与实务界的沟通和对话，更好地服务“依法治国”方略。现将研讨会的重要事项通知如下：
