　　The ideal candidate will be tasked with creating new product opportunities for vinyl and collectible toys. To be considered, you must demonstrate strength in the following areas: understanding the consumer, understanding what makes good content for toys, and being in tune with entertainment trends/new technology that can then be applied to create fun and successful products. The ideal talent will be able to create and communicate toy concepts for a wide range of projects in 2D and/or 3D models to both design and marketing management. To be considered, you’ll have proven flexible product design experience and show the ability to work on diverse and challenging products as well as have a knack for ideating compelling new concepts.
