日我在天猫买了一条牛仔裙,直到3月30号还没有物流信息显示,(有图有真相,快递官网没有物流信息,天猫订单物流也没有物流信息)而且我上面的图有充分的理由显示卖家是在30号经过我的催促后才发的货,(证据1:我3月30号上午9点多的时候用快递100查询显示是图片上那样的,30号下午经过我的在三催促,店主终于发货了,下午2点多的时候用快递100才终于有了物流信息,证据2:天猫物流助手也显示该订单是30号才发的货,天猫就喜欢打自己的嘴巴,上面也有图片证据3:就是与该店的旺旺聊天记录,这是铁一样的事实,如果天猫小二不是偏袒卖家就是玩忽职守,因为通过认真的阅读旺旺聊天信息是很容易看到这个事实的)事实就是我于号在天猫买了一件牛仔裙,卖家一直没有发货,于是我在3月30号通过旺旺再三催促卖家的情况下,卖家终于发货了,而商家没发货的时间早就超过的3天,违反了天猫的未按约定时间发货(天猫规定没有特殊约定,卖家要在买家付款后的72小时内发货)的条例,而我投诉了该店,并且提供了以上这些铁证,但是处理这个订单的天猫小二却不顾自己的职责,玩忽职守,于是说这个投诉不成立。虽然我这个订单是小订单,金额也不多,但是往往小问题可以反映出大问题,我在淘宝论坛也看到了许多这样的帖子,说天猫小二袒护卖家的,天猫小二的职责早已经名存实亡了,但是我知道在那里说是没什么用的,是得不到声张的,从这里我们是否可以看出整个天猫的售后维护体质的不合理,不完善呢,因为这种不合理的判决,顾客对这种判决明显有疑问,但是却不知道去哪里投诉天猫小二,投诉无门就会导致天猫小二的这种肆意损害买家权益的事情,希望聚投诉可以声张正义!

上次少传了一张&nbsp&nbsp,这2张图说明3月30号上午9点多用快递100查询没有物流信息,下午和卖家反映,卖家说会发货,然后下午2点多就有了物流信息
被投诉方天猫,尘烟旗舰店尚未回复(已过2年)在天猫上买个个东西,卖家提供假的物流单号,又不退款,天猫客服介入状态。。。。

特么11号wanggou的东西,一直等到14号,wuliu单号都没有更新,然后我在wangwang上问了下mai jia,客服前后就回复一句话:漏发了
然后就没有然后了,既不说要重发,也不说退款,之后客服直接不回复,要求退款也没反应,退款第三天要求某猫客服介入前后花了:等待的3天+tuikuan申请的3天+某猫客服。处理的2天感觉钱该找谁要?PS:现在bxj也要什么“guanggao词汇?”,妈蛋只能打拼音了
放心 会退你钱的 而且可以赔偿金额30% 三天不发货赔偿30%
物流单号不假 是因为他们都是先填单号 然后再发出去 你这个就是属于填了单号了 没有发货 快递公司的系统里就查不到
可以算是虚假发货

真心坑这家店,本来我是说你补发,但是我快递那块不会给分的(确实不应该给吧。。),后来客服不回,那我就怒了,就说那就退款吧,还是不回,非要把自己整到天猫客服介入状态,唉、
过了72小时之后没有信息直接投诉虚假发货
现在都很少网购了,直接微商,信誉比网购好多了,买鞋子可以找我W发自手机虎扑
我有一次遇到个所谓五年老店的卖家 催了3次 十五天没给我发货 气都气饱了 客服还爱理不理 每次都回我不好意思没货 明明在我后面下单的人都收货好评了 后来退款之后我投诉了 不过我觉得这种投诉对于他们来说根本没什么损失 我觉得应该加大力度

我现在也是坐等投诉呢,而且这次我要电话投诉,不知道有没有用,现在已经逐步转移到京东了,反正几百的东西也不差这十几二十块钱。
