The position holder will be primary point of contact for International Service Employee in China and across AP region for the collaboration with global mobility team to manage ISE relocation and payroll in China.Client DetailsStarted out as a family business over 80 years. Responsibilities:The direct contact for expats to provide the advices and answer the requires based on the company policy, ChinaAssist the on boarding anWork with immigration agency for visa application and extension and work permit cancellation at the ePrepare the local employment contract for inbound expats and is responsible for the enrolment of China Social Security at the beginning and termination of China Social SAssist the third party payments related with expats like housing rent, international school tuition, visa fee, etc.;Maintain and keep the accuracy of the expat related data in HRWork with home HR and Finance to verify expats personal expenses and contact with Tax Authority and SAFE foOther related routine workProfileQualification:Bachelor Degree educated with relevant professional qualifications.At least 5 years experience in global mobility, compensation and benefits management. Expatriate tax experience with a sound understanding of expatriate management, policies and process will be a plus.Self-starter, with ability and desire to take responsibility and deliver results.
