　　为进一步加大我县困难残疾人的基本生活保障力度，着力解决重度残疾人长期照护困难，根据《永嘉县民政局、永嘉县财政局、永嘉县残疾人联合会关于印发〈永嘉县困难残疾人生活补贴实施办法〉（试行）和〈永嘉县重度残疾人护理补贴实施办法〉（试行）的通知》（永民〔号），以及《永嘉县民政局、永嘉县残疾人联合会关于确定〈郑宝珠等169名残疾人为重度残疾人护理补贴发放对象〉的通知》（永民〔2017〕21号），享受对象及金额经县民政局、残联审核，决定对郑宝珠等4812名重度残疾人予以发放重度残疾人护理补贴共计166.3125万元。现将补助资金直接拨付至各申请人农商银行账户。
