Our network spans more than 220 countries and territories in which more than 100,000employees serve over eight million customers。随着商业环境的改变，DHL决定回顾因收件地址错误或者失效而导致派送失败的相关政策。在首次派送失败后，DHL找到正确的地址并最终完成派送需要付出极大的努力，而这一努力对存在地址错误情形的客户而言极具价值。With changing business environments, DHL Express has decided to review its current policy with regards to shipmentsthat could not be delivered at the first attempt, due to an incorrect or outdated delivery address providedby the shipper at the time of pick up.
