混凝土配合比是指混凝土中各组成材料之间的比例关系。混凝土配合比通常用每立方米混凝土中各种材料的质量来表示,或以各种材料用料量的比例表示(水泥的质量为1)。 设计混凝土配合比的基本要求: 1、满足混凝土设计的强度等级。 2、满足施工要求的混凝土和易性。 3、满足混凝土使用要求的耐久性。 4、满足上述条件下做到节约水泥和降低混凝土成本。
从表面上看,混凝土配合比计算只是水泥、砂子、石子、水这四种组成材料的用量。实质上是根据组成材料的情况,确定满足上述四项基本要求的三大参数:水灰比、单位用水量和砂率。一、预拌混凝土的基本概念
预拌混凝土俗称商品混凝土,因为它是按用户需要指定生产的工艺性产品,不能储存和自由交易,不具备商品属性,所以后来建设部在正式文件中一律称预拌混凝土。
预拌混凝土首先要讲一下混凝土的概念:
混凝土是指采用各种骨料和胶凝材料按一定比例混合均匀后人模振实固化成型的物体,它的结构形状为图示: 略
采用不同的胶凝材料就形成不同的混凝土,如以石灰为胶凝料的三合土,以沥青为胶凝料的沥青混凝土,这里讲的是以水泥为胶凝材料的水泥混凝土,简称混凝土。
混凝土的结构与技术性能:
混凝土除了集料 石子、沙子大约占60-70% ,它与硬化了的水泥浆之间还有一个薄层,称为过渡区,薄层只有0.01~0.05毫米,但这里的强度比较低,还有不少微细的裂缝,形成混凝土的薄弱环节,当混凝土受到较大荷载时首先从这里断裂、破坏,所以它的抗压性能较好,但抗折性能较差,为克服这一弱点,经常在用作结构材料时,必须加上钢筋,形成钢筋混凝土,就大大改变了它的使用性能。
