--------------------------Page1------------------------------广西师范大学硕士学位论文广西中学生实施“阳光体育”的现状与对策研究姓名：李宁申请学位级别：硕士专业：体育人文社会学指导教师：陆元兆--------------------------Page2------------------------------广西中学生实施“阳光体育”的现状与对策研究研究生姓名：李宁导师姓名：陆元兆教授年级：2006级专业：体育人文社会学研究方向：体育经济学中文摘要据2005年的学生体质与健康调研结果显示，与过去的相关调查结果比较，学生肺活量水平、视力水平和体能素质仍呈继续下降趋势，青少年学生中超重与肥胖检出率继续增加，成为影响学生营养健康状况的另一大因素。此项调查数据引起了我国有关专家、学者的担忧，随即联名上书胡锦涛总书记。青少年是国家的未来、民族的希望,他们的健康状况牵动着中央领导人的心，胡锦涛总书记尤其关心。于是教育部、国家体育总局、共青团中央在日正式发出在全国实施“亿万青少年学生阳光体育运动”的伟大号召，并在日全面启动。阳光体育运动是指坚持“健康第一”的指导思想,以全面实施《学生体质健康标准》为基础,以“达标争优、强健体魄”为目标,以增进学生的健康、增强学生的体质为目的,要求培养学生具有主动的体育意识、体育能力、体育习惯、体育行为,在广大青少年中形成热爱体育、崇尚运动、健康向上的良好风气，最终在全社会形成全民族身体素质普遍提高的局面,而在全国范围内开展的一场群众性的青少年学生体育活动。“阳光体育”运动是一项功在当代、利在千秋、恩泽后人的“树人工程”。让我们牢记“每天锻炼一小时，健康工作五十年，幸福生活一辈子”这句话，为中华民族的兴盛和国家的未来尽到自己应尽的责任。本论文采用文献资料、问卷调查、访谈、数理统计、逻辑推理以及电话访问等多种方法进行研究，在对广西六大地区的30所中学进行问卷调查和访谈的基础上，重点对影响广西中学生开展阳光体育运动的因素进行分析，并在此基础上提出进一步落实阳光体育运动的对策。本研究的目的主要是了解和掌握广西中学生参加阳光体育运动的现状，为相关政府部门推动阳光体育运动开展提供评价依据和效果支撑材料，为改善广西中学生参加阳光体育运动提供可靠的参考依据，给开展体育健康工作提供相关性意见，努力使各中小学校树立“健康第一”的指导思想，以期推动阳光体育运动全面、科学、有序的开展。本研究的社会意义包括全面建设小康社会的基础和对构建和谐社会的助力作用；教育意义是拓宽德育渠道，完善素质教育体系；经济意义是促进社会经济发展；康健意义是促进青少年身心健康的发展。本研究有两大创新点：第一，提出充分调动学生参与阳光体育运动的主观能动性。“阳光体育”的顺利实施必须体现学生的主体地位，发挥学生的主观能动性，树立正确的健康观，培养学生终身体育意识；第二，提出将广西少数民族传统体育融入大课间活动的设想。广西是少数民族聚居区，拥有众多的民族传统体育项目。而且，民族传I--------------------------Page3------------------------------统体育具有娱乐性、趣味性和健身性，它以游戏的方式出现，深受青少年学生喜爱，可以将这些丰富多彩的传统项目融入大课间活动。在对调查结果分析研究之后，笔者得出如下结论：第一，广西大部分中学没有做到阳光体育运动与学校体育教育相结合，“阳光体育运动”并没有得到很好落实，绝大多数的学生每天的体育活动时间达不到一小时；第二，广西中学生有良好的体育活动动机，浓厚的体育活动兴趣，参与体育活动的态度很积极，对阳光体育运动的功能有了很准确的定位；第三，大多数中学体育课开课量和课外体育活动次数没有达到国家的规定和要求，大课间活动形式还没有得到普及，许多学校依然沿袭原来以作广播操为主的课间操模式。课外体育活动达到每周三次的很少，而且执行力度有待进一步加强；第四，中学没有真正形成阳光体育运动和大课间体育活动的契合点，许多少数民族地区独特的传统体育活动项目还没有走进阳光、走进校园、走进大课间；第五，从调查的情况看，学校领导对阳光体育运动在校园的开展，还没有形成足够重视；第六，调查的大部分师生对阳光体育运动在广西的开展前景和可持续发展持乐观态度。同时，进行了对策性思考并提出了以下几点建议，基本要点是加强宣传营造阳光体育运动的良好氛围；各级政府和教育行政部门要坚持以人为本的科学人才观；加强学校体育工作，建立健全学校体育工作机制；努力挖掘并发挥学生参与阳光体育运动的主观能动性；使少数民族传统体育项目走进大课间；注重增强学生的运动安全防范意识。研究表明，以阳光体育运动为新起点的中国体育事
