立信会计师事务所（特殊普通合伙）(以下简称“立信”)由中国会计泰斗潘序伦于1927年在上海创建，是中国最早建立和最有影响的会计师事务所之一，1986年复办。2000年6月由朱建弟、李德渊、周琪、戴定毅、郑帼琼、王德霞、钱志昂、施国梁、孟荣芳等人发起设立。注册资本500万元。经国家批准，依法独立承办注册会计师业务，具有从事证券期货相关业务的资格。根据美国萨班斯奥克斯法案之规定，非美国审计机构如需对美国上市公司之海外子公司进行审计，需要在PCAOB(Public Company Accounting Oversight Board)进行注册，立信已于2004年8月获得该资格。
