历任美国总统中哪些人没有上过大学&
黄安年文 黄安年的博客/2011年12月26日发布&
笔者《美国总统和第一夫人》（河北人民出版社，1986年版）列出了《历任美国总统的教育、宗教、政党和州属情况》，在2008年2月14日博文增加了小布什总统的资料。至于2009年就任美国新总统的奥巴马未统计在内。
从分列表中可以得出结论，并非所有美国总统都是大学毕业或就读于美国名校。以没有上过大学的美国总统为例，就有9人:
G·华盛顿 未上大学；A·杰克逊 未上大学；M·范布伦
未上大学；Z·泰勒 未上大学；M·菲尔莫尔 未上大学；A·林肯 未上大学；A·约翰逊 未受学校教育；G·克利夫兰 未上大学；H·杜鲁门 未上大学。
尤其值得注意的是G·华盛顿、A·林肯、H·杜鲁门在美国历史上均有重要影响。
目前还没有足够的研究资料说明,美国的大学教育背景在多大程度上直接影响了历任美国总统的当选。
