This individual shall be a full-time employee and the position shall bereflected in anization chart. A job description shall exist identifying thequalifications for the position including chemical and plating knowledge. After the partapproval process is approved by the customer, no process changes are allowed unlessapproved by the customer. The plater shall contact the customer when clarification ofprocess changes is required. In any case, they shall address all process steps from partreceipt to part shipment and all key plating process parameters as defined by the plater.A cross-functional team shall be used in the development of the FMEA.
