　　早上8点02分通过网上银行转帐到深圳财付通科技有限公司 给我的手机冲值100元话费，银行卡当时就给96元扣除掉了，但是钱一直没有冲到我的手机上，后来我马上咨询银行能否把钱钱退出来，银行说不行的，然后咨询移动公司，移动公司说钱不是在他们公司网站支付的，不负责任，后来在网上一查才知道这样公司是个彻头彻尾的骗子公司，到处骗我们这些善良的人们。呜呼，熟天下的骗子实在难道真的是无政府状态了吗？打电话问12315，他们工作人员说这事要找什么市场监督管理局，这样推来推去，就说明了我们的政府放纵某些骗子的公司的无法无天的行为，为什么骗子总是一而再再二三骗大家的钱，而没有人管？在这里希望大家不要像我一样上当受骗了。

今天查信用卡，居然3月16号那天连续3笔通过深圳财付通科技有限公司的交易，分别是98,108,108
可是我一直用的支付宝啊，
印象中没有这3笔交易，翻了下淘宝，3月16号没有交易呢
另外我基本不上QQ，也不玩农场，不知道有拍拍网
