我用&a href=&.cn/product/cn/TPS62175& target=&extwin&>TPS62175&/a>芯片搭了一路-5V输出的电路，输入电压12V，由于忘接电感，测得输出电压8V多，后来又补焊上电感，输出电压就只有0.4V了。是芯片出问题了吗？我测量PGOOD管脚电压0.4V，SLEEP管脚电压0.7V。&/p>&div style=&clear:&>&/div>" />

我用芯片搭了一路-5V输出的电路，输入电压12V，由于忘接电感，测得输出电压8V多，后来又补焊上电感，输出电压就只有0.4V了。是芯片出问题了吗？我测量PGOOD管脚电压0.4V，SLEEP管脚电压0.7V。

看芯片是否损坏？ 测量SW，看是否有脉冲输出。sleep接高试试？

楼主，如果测量VOUT是0.4V，那么可能芯片已经损坏，因为此时SW对芯片的PGND的电压已经超出了-0.3V，你的D1加上去了么？换个芯片再试一下。

我重新焊了一路，WSON封装对我来说不调好焊~_~一开始也是没有电压输出，很郁闷，但是吃完饭回来，重新上电，输出-4.96V，SW管脚波形如下图。很感谢&、&、&的答复&&

还有，我焊接的第二块板子，一开始测Vout也是0.43V，但是后来还是能够输出-5V，有点诡异呵。。

&& 没有接电感等于将输入短到GND，芯片肯定会烧。
