Experience doesn’t have to just come f market any skills you’ve developed in other areas of your life.6. BALANCE CONFIDENCE WITH BEGINNER’S MINDConfidence is important, but it has to be laced with humility and modesty—the hallmarks of "beginner’s mind." Show that you can do the job, but also show that you’re willing to learn.7. START VOLUNTEERINGIf you can’t find a job, work for free. A volunteer position can be easier to find than an internship. Volunteer for as much relevant service as you can. You’ll not only gain valuable experience, but will also be able to build a network and get a foot in the door.8. NETWORKBuilding your personal network is a reliable path to a great job at any stage of life. Connect with everyone you know—and in turn with everyone they know—through social media, community and professional events, setting up lunch or coffee dates to stay in touch, any way you can find.9. KEEP LEARNINGIt may be that you need more education to qualify for what you really want to do—for example, if you discover an interest in law, then it may be time to apply to law school. But even outside of formal education, find ways to keep current and expand your base of knowledge—take noncredit or audit classes, enroll in professional development or special training courses, or just do a lot of reading in your fields of interest.10. &别总想着自己的缺点 　　“短板”理论指出，一个木桶能装多少水，不是由围做木桶的最长最高的板所决定，而是最短的那块板决定的。但浙大就业指导与服务中心主任金海燕说，在职业规划中却相反，别总想着怎么把短板拉长，克服自己的缺点。“现实生活中，有些缺点是天生的，可能用毕生的努力都改变不了。短板有时候并不那么重要，除非它是致命的，如个人道德有问题等。”
　　恒生电子股份有限公司董事陈鸿也表示，他招人时也特别关注个人兴趣和特长。“有自己特色、脾气、个性的人，往往在后来的工作中比较有创造性。”
　　留心成长型小企业
　　……一看到这些响当当的企业，许多学生削尖了脑袋都想钻进去。“但事实上能去大公司工作的应届毕业生，每年也只有这么几个人。”陈鸿说，“建议大家找工作时不妨留意成长型的小企业，也许对个人而言，那里机会更多，发展空间更大。”
　　“比如当初恒生第一次来浙大时，还不具备在浙大招生的资格，因为是民营企业。我们只能挂在别的企业名下来招人。问题是最后有谁会来应聘？我们提着包到学生寝室去，一家家敲门，一个个谈，最后有几名学生看中了我们的诚意和成长性，他们为恒生做了非常大的贡献，现在都成了百万富翁甚至千万富翁。所以企业不在大小，而在于它对你的需要有多大。”
　　有想法才会有作为
　　坐得满满的会谈现场多少显示了大学生对就业的焦虑。陈鸿说，适度焦虑是正常的，有想法才会有作为，但不要过于焦虑。
　　“其实心态也是核心竞争力之一！”金海燕脱口而出。以他在校园阅人无数的经验，他会看到这样一种景象：有的人很有才华，可最后却找不到工作。因为他看得上的地方，人家看不上他；人家看上他的，他又看不上别人，然后就在校园里晃晃荡荡，抱怨世上无伯乐，郁郁不得志。
