　　近期以来，非法集资案件花样频发，有的利用互联网，招揽社会公众进行“投资”，借助网络平台，以高利回报为诱饵，诈骗大家的钱财。普伴财富志愿者近期先后在北京、上海两地深入居民社区，开展打击防范非法集资普法宣传活动。　　网络类非法吸收公众存款、非法集资犯罪，是指利用和依托互联网为犯罪工具和途径，通过网络传销、网络炒汇、炒股、非法销售未上市公司股票进行非法吸收公众存款、集资诈骗的犯罪活动。由于依托网络，使得此类非法集资犯罪成本低，蔓延速度快，作案手段更隐蔽性，欺骗性更强，造成的危害更大。　　普伴财富志愿者分析说，不法分子通过互联网以“项目投资”“委托理财”“支付高息”为名，以高额返利、高息为诱饵，进行非法集资违法犯罪活动。虽然犯罪的实质及内涵并没有多大的改变，但犯罪的行为方式，却完全颠覆了传统非法集资犯罪的模式。　　普伴财富志愿者提醒广大居民，一是要建立正确的投资理念，谨慎投资，增强理性投资意识;二是要选择合法的投资渠道，对高回报、低风险的投资项目不要抱有侥幸心理;三是要增强风险意识和自我防护意识，提高判断识别能力，避免受高额回报的诱惑而上当受骗。(东方网)（注：此文属于腾讯大辽网登载的商业信息，文章内容不代表本网观点，仅供参考。）
