　　记账凭证填写错误更正方法
　　记帐凭证在填制时，如果发生错误，应重新填制，不得在原始凭证上做任何更改。如果是已经登记入帐的记帐凭证在当年内发现错误的，可用红字更正法或补充登记法更正。如果发现以前年度记帐凭证有错误的，应用蓝字填制一张更正的记账凭证。
　　如果是凭证所列应借、贷科目有错，应用红字填写一张会计科目与原错误记账凭证完全相同的凭证在摘要栏中写明冲销错账及及错误凭证号数日期，并据以用红字登记入账，再用蓝字填写一张正确的凭证。据以登记入帐。
　　如果是凭证所填金额大于应记金额而引起的，而借贷科目无错，应用红字填制一张科目相同摘要栏写明冲销多记金额及原错误凭证的号数和日期，据以登记入帐。
　　如果是凭证所填金额小于应金额，则用蓝字填制一张应借、应贷科目与原错误凭证相同的凭证，摘要栏中写明补充少记金额，及原错误记账凭证的号数和日期，据以入帐。
　　划线更正法，主要是因帐薄记录有错而记账凭证无错时在帐薄上采用的更正法。用红笔将错误的文字或数字用一条单红线划去后再在划线的上面用蓝、黑笔写上正确的文字或数字，并在划线处加盖更正人图章，以示负责。
　　记账凭证编号的方法
　　为了便于查找和与账簿核对，记账凭证必须编号。编号时，可以根据记账凭证的数量，采用不同的方法。一般有三种方法：
　　(l)记账凭证数量比较少，采用通用凭证的，将全部记账凭证统一编号，即按填制凭证的时间顺序编号，每月从第一号凭证开始，至月末最后一张结束。
　　(2)采用多种凭证，货币资金收付业务比较均衡的：按收款凭证、付款凭证和转账凭证三类分别编号。每月从第1号凭证开始，例如，收字1号、付字1号、转字1号等等。
　　(3)采用多种凭证，货币资金收付业务比较繁多的：按现金 收款凭证、现金付款凭证、银行存款收款凭证、银行存款付款凭证和转账凭证五类分别编号。每月从第1号凭证开始，例如，现收1号、现付1号、银收1号、银付1号、转1号等等。
　　无论采用上述哪种方法，都要对记账凭证连续编号，不能跳号或重号。当一项经济业务需要填制两张以上的记账凭证时，要采用“分数编号法”。例如，一项转账业务，按业务排序为第5项，需要填制4张记账凭证，编号应为：转5 1/4号;转5 2/4号;转5 3/4号;转5 4/4号。
　　记账凭证的审核主要内容
　　1.审核是否按已审核无误的原始凭证填制记账凭证。记录的内容与所附原始凭证是否一致，金额是否相等;所附原始凭证的张数是否与记账凭证所列附件张数相符。
　　2.审核记账凭证所列会计科目(包括一级科目、明细科目)、应借、应贷方向和金额是否正确;借贷双方的金额是否平衡;明细科目金额之和与相应的总账科目的金额是否相等。
　　3.审核记账凭证摘要是否填写清楚，日期、凭证编号、附件张数以及有关人员签章等各个项目填写是否齐全。若发现记账凭证的填制有差错或者填列不完整、签章不齐全，应查明原因，责令更正、补充或重填。只有经济审核无误的记账凭证，才能据以登记账簿。
　　所有填制好的记账凭证，都必须经过其他会计人员认真的审核。在审核记账凭证的过程中，如发现记账凭证填制有误，应当按照规定的方法及时加以更正。只有经过审核无误后记账凭证，才能作为登记账簿的依据。记账凭证的审核主要包括以下内容：
　　(1)记账凭证是否附有原始凭证，记账凭证的经济内容是否与所附原始凭证的内容相同。
　　(2)应借应贷的会计科目(包括二级或明细科目)对应关系是否清晰、金额是否正确。
