　　原标题：手机能办进京证?真的!但要等到月底　　新京报快讯(记者郭超)今天下午，微信圈疯传一则消息，北京交管局官方APP可以办理进京证。新京报记者刚才从北京市公安交管局独家获悉，网传的版本是测试版，正式版本预计月底前上线运行，所以请大家“别急，再耐心等几天。”
　　据介绍，“北京交警”APP是市政府28项重点服务民生项目之一，首期上线有交通违法查缴、事故e处理(2.2版本)、进京证网上预约办理、交通违法举报等七个功能。
　　目前，APP已研发完毕，正在进行功能测试，预计月底前上线正式运行。在一些应用商店提供的下载链接是测试本，现在及正式上线后均不能使用。“大家耐心等几天，我们测试完善后，会给大家提供更便捷的服务。”
　　记者了解到，这款APP将实现网上办理进京证的功能，具体办理流程还需要在APP正式上线之后发布。
