The Motor Vehicle Owner's Right to Repair Act, which will be reintroduced in the 109th Congress, seeks to accomplish this through proactive legislation.&&& AAIA has taken the lead in developing standards for Electronic Commerce, including electronic cataloging, shop equipment integration, and electronic product information exchange, to help businesses in the automotive aftermarket lower their costs and improve efficiency.&&& The Category Management Program being implemented by AAIA's Category Management Committee is a collaborative industry initiative to bring together all players in the supply chain to share information in order to operate our businesses more efficiently and profitably. Committee projects include the Enhanced Line Review (ELR) Guidebook and CD-ROM; Aftermarket POS Data E ELR Training S and a Hard Parts ELR and Inventory Efficiency Workgroup.   2009年起至今,中国已经连续7年汽车产销量居于世界第一,成为实至名归的汽车消费大国。然而我国的汽车后市场并没有迎来爆发期,依旧保持着小、散、乱等现状。汽车后市场依然利润可观。于是,一些后市场O2O企业开始进行战略调整,纷纷将业务重心向线下转移,以求在激烈的市场竞争中能够站稳脚跟。
  据前瞻产业研究院《》显示,截至2016年6月底,全国机动车保有量达2.85亿辆,其中汽车1.84亿辆。行业分析数据显示,在汽车行业利润中,60%的利润都来自于服务领域,汽车后市场利润远超汽车交易市场。预计到2020年,中国汽车后市场的规模将达到1.435万亿元。在此基础上,后市场成了汽车经销商寻求利润点的新方向。
  汽车经销商转型后市场
  目前我国整个汽车生产制造年产量即将达到2700万台,整车生产能力大概已经达到了5000万台,生产能力大大高于现有市场销售,产能过剩。现在4S店,包括5S店、3S店,甚至2S店,都面临着度日艰难的现况。近几年,寻求转型或者直接倒闭的4S店已经超过了50%,基于此,汽车后市场便承担着4S店盈利的主要任务。
  资本市场低调不少
  与前两年企业热衷于在媒体上曝光形成鲜明反差,今年多数企业都选择了低调行事。当市场上再次传来O2O模式的企业获得融资时,他们中的大多数都已经改变了当初的模样。业内人士分析,这些再次获得融资的企业正是通过不断的试错和调整,才让投资者对其重拾信心。
  市场存在两大难题:无巨头,服务商过剩
  国内的后市场发展并没有完善的服务体系做支撑,目前国内后市场存在两大难题:1)没有一个特别大的龙头企业来挑头,没有一个真正能够崛起代表中国汽车后市场行业的引领者;2)后市场的维修保养行业服务商并不是太少而是过剩。
  2015年以来,我国政府也出台了一系列与后市场相关政策,未来我国汽车后市场将面临洗牌,一批品牌化、规模化、专业化的龙头企业将逐步形成。机会是留给有准备的人,对于国内企业来说,必须仔细研究市场动向,及时调整企业发展方向。
