“不拿提单可以提货”这个都只是传言罢了。。。这个机率比重双色球的还低。。。这个你可以没必要这么担心。。。30%预付款考虑的应该是到了目的港担心客人不要货或者以别的理由要挟降价。。因为非洲的海运费都相对来说比较贵 航程也比较久些，客人只付30%的话到时候货物到了目的港，客人以某种理由说不要货或者要挟降价。。这样我们就被动。。。
