家里装修选用的马桶，但由于孩子还小，每次进行大便时都很不方便，这让老婆很发愁，这就让老婆想起来怀孕那会，上厕所也不方便，尤其是时间长了，腿脚都会开始麻木。于是老婆就在马桶前放了个防滑小凳子从这之后，不管是家里孩子和老人上厕所都方便很多，尤其是对于便秘人群，入便时直接蹲坐在上面省了很多麻烦。看到这里，小编肯定有人会问：放个小凳子就能更好地便便，真的假的？经医学专家研究表明，以坐姿形式排便时，肛门周围的肌肉会牵拉直肠，这时就需要非常用力才可以排除，会直接增加便秘的发病率；而蹲坐时，耻骨直肠肌处于完全放松状态，可以使杂物轻松顺畅排干净。其实坐姿排便适合体力相对较弱的老人和小孩，这是因为蹲着时腿部和膝盖受力较大，容易发生滑倒、骨折等意外。如果感到排便困难，可以采用以下几种方法，有助排便：1.排便前顺时针画圈按摩肚脐周围，顺应肠道蠕动的规律，刺激肠道，增加便意。还可以单手握拳，用力捶背数下，坐下前再轻轻捶背10下。2.脚下最好踩一个小板凳，上身微微前倾，这个姿势可以增加腹压，有助于顺利排便。坐式马桶垫脚凳就是具备了这种特点，上表面还具有防滑设计，可以使你处于完全放松状态，轻松便便。
