1．OVERALL PURPOSE OF JOB 岗位目的·
The CIM engineer is to support the manufacturing shop floor systems including hardware and software.
It will closed working with manufacturing engineering team and I.S. team and provide the support to shop floor control and traceability systems. 2．MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES 主要职责
Effectively manage issues through multiple forms of inbound requests such as queue calls (Phone), e-mails, web forms, or client tracking databases.·
Respond to all Help desk requests in timely and professional manner.·
Accurately prioritize, categorize and log calls into problem management system·
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to system configuration, hardware, password resets, Microsoft operating systems, security, desktop applications, and peripherals.·
Research/troubleshoot issues using the tools available.·
Navigate internal/external reference support materials.·
Establish the standard configuration TRW PC standard with TRW applications.·
Proactively following up on all open issues.·
Work closely with other team members to identify and suggest resolutions and improvements·
Coordinate with Vendor, purchase hardware and software·
Client security and patching management.·
Global/Regional service support related project implementation and management as requested by TRW IS.·
Ensure TRW’s process, procedure and best practice to implement TRW AP sites·
Introduce and implement TRW process, procedure and best practice to TRW AP sites·
Maintain accurate records and call logs for management reporting, per the Client's SOW or change management process.·
Overall responsibility for training new hires·
Assure the level of quality is consistent with the customer's expectations·
Make sure all IS application, procedure and document fully comply with SOX, regularly SOX compliance check and keep document on hand for internal or external audit.·
Other tasks assigned by IS functional team·
Supporting VIP users in site
KEY COMPETENCIES 资格能力要求·
Corporate level help desk experience, supporting external customers·
Ability to work in a team environment, presenting a professional image and commanding the respect of staff, peers, and senior management. ·
Ability to multi-task and be flexible with assigned work schedule·
Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills·
Requires extremely strong interpersonal skills including: ability t decisive decision-making skills.·
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English and Mandarin ·
Sense of duty and responsibility·
Independent and analytical 4.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE 教育及经验要求 Education: Associate Degree (field related) required, Bachelor's degree preferred
Experience: ·
The candidate should have plus 5 years’ experience in site service support environment, automotive industry experience desirable.·
3 years or above end user support experience·
1 year or above of project management experience.·
Experience in English/Chinese IT environment.·
Experience in multinational company is an added advantage.·
Experience in server/network and virtual system supporting is an added advantage.
Certification:·
Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE) or similar certifications is required ·
ITIL foundation V.3 is plus
