我的农业银行 信用卡到3月2号一共欠款1200左右。银行在2月8号催款在3月4号前还款451.86元。我于3月4号下午15时43分还款1000块。为什么3月4号16：53分还要从我帮定银行卡扣除451.86元。 这样做法银行算不算偷盗行为？

当事人没钱还银行信用卡金额。而后在去年申请了另外一家银行信用卡，银行在没调查申请人是否有经济还款能力，个人信用是否有问题的情况下，发了信用卡，导致现在持卡人没钱还款，利息越滚越多，是否有责任！另外，持卡人在半年的情况下，每个月只还最低额度，还通过持卡人的临时额度申请，这样可以吗？请帮帮我，谢谢！
