我的戴尔电脑在购买签收后的七天内出现质量问题,当时卖家不积极承担责任换货,并且商家是知道次电脑前面应该也出现过类似的情况,还和我说是属正常现象,让我多按几次开机键,后来实在不行,我当晚就拜托朋友让他带到深圳华强北去售后了,结果售后返修后没有半个月再次出现同样故障,我的电脑现在都开不 机,一开机就报警,之前要求卖家换货,卖家说过三包直接让我找戴尔售后!三包是什么? 三包是维修、换货、退货!商家现在一直推卸责任拖延我的时间,一直就让我找维修点,我作为一个消费者既然和商家是有买卖关系发生的,现在商品质量问题商家就应该直接承担责任!我找天脑小二,他们也说无法做出客观判断!求解决!
